Nankani Holdings Private Limited

Our place, Nankani Holdings Private Limited, is at No 16/11 on Lakshmipuram Main Road in Royapettah. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here for a good while. The office is just a standard room where we handle our property holdings and other business matters. Royapettah is a mix of everything, and our street is no different. We spend the day looking over accounts and checking on the buildings we manage. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of paperwork and sometimes we have to deal with repairs or tenant issues. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just do the work as it comes. Usually, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and the traffic outside. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live nearby. It feels like a community here. We don't use any special mission statements. We just try to keep the properties in good shape and make sure the bills are paid. It’s a practical way to run a holding company. Sometimes we are out visiting the different sites, so the office might be locked for an hour or two. We just take it one day at a time and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It is just us doing the daily grind in a very old part of town.
