Excellent Elevator Services

We've been at it for a while now here at State Bank Colony Extension, just down from Modern School. Dealing with elevators is mostly what we do every day. People around No. 66/53 probably see our vans moving in and out quite a bit. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy. We mostly handle repairs and keeping things running so people don't have to take the stairs when they're tired or carrying heavy bags. Sometimes the parts are hard to find, but we figure it out eventually. The office is tucked away, and it's nothing fancy, just desks and some tools lying around on the floor. We’ve seen all sorts of lift problems over the years. Some are easy fixes, and others take a whole afternoon of scratching our heads and looking at manuals. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping the lifts moving in the local buildings. It gets hot in those lift shafts during the summer months, but that's just part of the job we chose. Most of the guys here have been doing this since they were young. We know the neighborhood well and usually stop for tea nearby at the corner stall. If you walk past Excellent Elevator Services, you might hear us clanging some metal around or shouting to each other. It’s honest work, and we like staying in this part of town. Not much else to say really, we just show up and do what needs doing with the elevators. There is always some grease on the shirts by noon.
