Nanda & Associates Architects

Our place is called Saraswathi Illam, and we are on the ground floor. It’s New Number 36 on Janikiram Main Road, right in Janikiram Colony. If you are looking for a landmark, the Harihanth Tower is quite close by in Arumbakkam. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Nanda & Associates Architects is basically just a group of us who spend our time thinking about how to use space better. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get our drawings done and meet with people. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with stairs all day, and we can see what’s going on out on Janikiram Main Road. Arumbakkam is a busy part of town, so there is always some noise from the street, but it keeps us feeling like we are part of the city. We have our usual piles of paperwork and some half-finished models sitting on the shelves. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on being here and doing the work as it comes in. Usually, our days are filled with phone calls, emails, and sketching things out on scrap paper. It’s a regular job in a regular neighborhood, and we are quite happy with that setup for the most part.
