Being near the High Court means the whole area is usually buzzing with lawyers, clerks, and people with legal business. Our office is a simple place where we manage travel bookings and help folks plan their journeys. It’s not a big corporate space, just a local spot where we handle the daily work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest schedules for buses and trains. The street outside is always narrow and full of vehicles, so it feels like a real part of the old Chennai. We’ve got some regular customers who have been coming to us for years because they know where we are. It’s mostly about sitting down with a customer and figuring out the best way for them to get to their destination. We keep the paperwork organized on the desks and try to stay on top of the timings.
