You can find us over at Balaji Avenue 1st Street, right at door number 11/4. It’s a typical T. Nagar lane, narrow and always a bit crowded with parked scooters. Naitika Business Advisory Services has been operating out of this spot for some time now. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and a few cabinets filled with client files and folders. Chennai heat can be tough, so the air conditioner is usually running full blast from the moment the first person arrives. We are a small team, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. Some days are busier than others, especially at the end of the month when the workload piles up. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will probably be there to say hello. Most of us live nearby or take the bus into the city. We spend our time going through data and making sure the advisory side of things is handled correctly. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but we try to take breaks to stretch. The local tea seller knows our orders by heart. It’s a simple life, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything more than a local business trying to stay organized in a big city. We just keep our heads down and get the paperwork finished every week.
