You can find us over in Bikaner, specifically at D-407 in the Murlidhar Vyas Colony. It’s a bit of a stretch sometimes with the weather here, but we stay busy. We are doing work under the name Nagarujuna Construction Company Ltd. There is a lot of dust around here lately because of all the new stuff being built in this part of town. Our office is more of a place to handle the calls and sort out the schedules for the laborers. Sometimes Uthirakumaran handles the logistics for the projects we have going with the infrastructure and project side of things. It gets quite loud in the afternoons when the equipment is moving. We have been around this part of Rajasthan for a bit now. The cell phone usually rings off the hook with people asking about site updates or where the next delivery of sand is. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Living and working in Bikaner means you get used to the sand and the heat. We just focus on the projects at hand, whether it is a small repair or something bigger on the outskirts. Most of the guys live nearby, so we all know the local spots for lunch. It is a straightforward operation. We just want to get the jobs finished without too much fuss. People usually just call or stop by if they are in the colony.
