Our spot is at Plot No-178 on the 4th Cross Street in St Antony Nagar. It’s located in Annanor, which is a part of Chennai we’ve grown quite used to. Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has been running things from this office for some time now. It’s a standard setup for a construction firm. We have our files, some old maps on the wall, and the usual office stuff. The weather in Chennai can get really hot, so the fans are always going. 4th Cross Street is usually quiet enough that we can get our work done without too much distraction. Most of what we do involves planning out the next steps for various projects and making sure the crews have what they need. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with deliveries or the rain starts coming down hard. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and talk to the guys on the ground. It’s a practical kind of life. There is a lot of back and forth between this office and the actual sites. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and going over a checklist. It’s just how we operate. We do our best to stay organized and keep the projects moving forward. We try to keep it simple around here.
