Our office is located at 47 G, Bharathi Dasan Colony in K.K. Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know this area can get quite lively. We operate as part of Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited from this spot. It’s mostly just a place where the staff gathers to sort out project schedules and handle the local logistics. We’ve got desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. Most of our time is spent coordinating between the engineers out on the field and the suppliers. We handle a lot of the local administrative stuff here. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in papers, but that’s how the construction business goes. We have a few regulars who stop by, mostly vendors or site supervisors coming in for meetings. The heat in Chennai can be tough, so the AC is usually running full blast during the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest office in the colony. We just focus on getting the concrete poured and the steel fixed where it needs to go. It’s a lot of coordination. You’ll usually find someone here late finishing up reports. It's just a regular group of people trying to keep things on track. We like the neighborhood, even if parking is a bit of a headache sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do the work required. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since we moved in. It’s a place that feels lived in.
