We are over at No 23/11 on the first floor of Vepery High Road. It’s right in the Vepery area of Chennai. If you are looking for us, the SBI ATM across the street is the best landmark to use. Naafa Building Company is a local business that’s been around for a while. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a plain room where we do our planning. Chennai is a busy, crowded city, and Vepery is no exception. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and lived-in. Our days are mostly about coordinating with workers and making sure we have the materials we need. We don't use scripts or have a fancy mission. We just build things. Sometimes the work is hard and the weather doesn't help, but we get through it. The office is usually full of the sound of the ceiling fan and people talking about site schedules. We don't have a big team of executives. It’s just us handling the builders and the clients ourselves. We don't spend much time on promotional stuff.
