You can find N X G Systems & Securities over on Madley Road, right at 31/8, 46 on the 2nd Street in T. Nagar. This part of Chennai is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight when we are testing new security gear. We have boxes stacked in the corners and wires running along the floor sometimes. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We usually have a pot of coffee going and the fan is always on because of the heat. Most of our time is spent checking sensors or looking at screens. We don't have a receptionist sitting at the front; whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The neighborhood is full of shops, so there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we have to move stuff around just to make room for a visitor to sit down. It feels like a small family here, honestly. We know each other's habits and how we like to work. There’s no dress code or anything stiff like that. We wear what’s comfortable for moving equipment around. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we focus on the hardware we have in front of us. No big speeches or complicated rules, just honest work on Madley Road. We try to keep it simple and get the job done right without any extra drama.
