N M Zackriah & Company is run out of Nmz House. You can find us at 67 E V K Sampath Road, right in the Vepery area. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People often ask where exactly we are, so we just tell them to look for number 67. The building has been our base and we handle everything from this office. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic on E V K Sampath Road gets a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in Vepery. We’ve grown used to the noise and the local pace. If you’re around this part of town, you’ve probably passed by Nmz House without even realizing it. We don't have big signs or anything. It's just a straightforward operation. We keep things simple and try to stay organized. Most of our neighbors know us by now. Working from this address feels right for what we do. It’s a solid location and it serves us well. We don't see a reason to move anywhere else anytime soon. Every morning we open up, settle in, and get to it. It’s just us doing what we do at N M Zackriah & Company. Nothing more to it than that. We are just a small group of people working out of a building in Vepery and that is enough for us.
