Pleasant Exports

Pleasant Exports is situated at No. 1 Ramachandra Road in Mylapore. We are in Room 1, and the address is a bit funny because the old and new numbers are both No. 1. It makes it easy to remember, at least. Mylapore is a place with a lot of tradition and narrow streets, and we have been here for quite some time. Our office is just a simple room where we manage our export business. It’s not a shiny corporate office. The walls have a few scuffs and the floor is a bit worn, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We spend most of our time dealing with the details of different exports, which means lots of phone calls and checking on containers. Being on Ramachandra Road, we are right in the middle of everything. You can hear the temple bells sometimes and the smell of coffee from the nearby shops is always around. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We don't bother with big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on getting the goods from point A to point B. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, or a shipment is late, but we just deal with it as it happens. We like being in Mylapore and we like the work we do. It’s a plain and simple way to earn a living, and that suits us just fine.
