My Son Home Services Pvt. Ltd.

We are located over at No:6/62 in Krishna Nagar, right on 4th Street. If you know West Tambaram, you know it’s a lively area with lots of houses and people always moving around. Our business is mostly about helping people out with things around their homes. It’s called My Son Home Services, and we’ve been operating out of this small office for some time. It's not a huge corporate building, just a practical space where we coordinate everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. Every day is a bit different, which keeps things interesting for us. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office catching up on paperwork, and other days we are running all over the place trying to get to everyone who called. We don’t have some big fancy manual on how to talk to people; we just try to be helpful and get the job done right. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like that same local team. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the bikes and cars, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. It feels good to be working in a place where you recognize the faces of the people walking by. We just take things one day at a time here.
