Our place is at number 162 in Elango Nagar, which is part of the Anna Nagar area. Even though we have a website name, we operate out of this physical spot where we handle all the gifts and items we send out. Anna Nagar is a nice place to be, and Elango Nagar is a bit more tucked away but still easy to reach if you know the streets. We spend a lot of our time surrounded by boxes, wrapping paper, and various gift items that people order for different occasions. It's often a bit messy with tape and bubble wrap everywhere, but that is just how a gift business looks when things are moving fast. We are just a small group of people working here, making sure each package is addressed correctly and ready for the courier. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to see what we are doing or to ask if we have something specific in stock. We don't have a big fancy showroom, it is more like a working space where the focus is on getting things out the door. The heat can be a bit much in the middle of the day, so we try to get most of the heavy packing done in the cooler morning hours. We like being in this part of town because it’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the main roads for the delivery trucks to find us without getting lost in the traffic.
