Murugappa Group

I work over at Tiam House on the seventh floor. The address is 28 Rajaji Salai. It’s right in the heart of the business district. From the windows, you can see a lot of the city movement. It’s a big building, and we’ve got a lot of history here. Even though the group is large, my specific floor feels more like a regular office. We’ve got our own routines. I usually get in early to beat the traffic on Rajaji Salai, which can be a nightmare. There are many different departments, but we mostly stick to our own tasks. It’s a lot of paperwork and meetings. We deal with everything from finance to engineering across different companies in the group. It keeps us on our toes. The elevators in Tiam House are usually busy during the lunch hour. We often go out to the small shops nearby for a quick bite. It’s not all fancy boardrooms and suits. Most of us are just regular people trying to get our reports done. We’ve been part of this street for a long time. People around here know the name, but to us, it’s just where we go every morning. There’s a sense of tradition in the walls. We don’t do things in a rush. Everything has a process. It’s a solid place to work, even if it gets a bit hectic sometimes. We just keep moving forward with the day.
