Mumbai Based Property Developer-Integrated Township Near Chennai

Our office for the Mumbai Based Property Developer is located at 2/95 on Second Main Road in Raghavanagar, Chennai. We are mostly busy working on an integrated township project that is situated near the city. Being in Raghavanagar is convenient for us because it is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which helps when we need to focus on site plans. The office is a practical space where we have large tables for the drawings and a few computers for the legal work. We spend a lot of time driving out to the township site to check on the progress and talk to the contractors. Property development is a slow process with a lot of waiting for approvals and weather windows. We don't really go in for big, polished advertisements. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people to discuss the layout of the new roads and plots. The Chennai heat is always a factor, and the office AC struggles to keep up sometimes during May. We are just a local team trying to put together a decent township that makes sense for the area. It takes a lot of patience to see these things through from just a piece of land to a finished community. We just keep at it every day, making sure the details are sorted out at our own pace.
