Mumbai Based Construction Company

Mumbai Based Construction Company is actually working out of Chennai, specifically over on Sabapathy Street in Ullagaram. It is a bit of a mix having the Mumbai name while being based here in the south. The office at 10/38 is where we keep all the project files and where the site supervisors meet up in the morning. Ullagaram is a busy residential area, so there is always a lot of activity on the street outside. We are mostly focused on the construction side of things, so you will often see us in our boots ready to head out to a site. We don't have much of a front office staff, usually it is just one of us handling the phones and the paperwork. The humidity in Chennai can be tough when you are out on a build all day, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the materials arrive at the right spots. It is a lot of coordination to keep a construction project on track, especially with the narrow streets around here. We just try to keep things simple and get the walls up. There isn't any fancy marketing here, just a group of people who know how to build things and want to get the work done. We have been at this address for a while and have become part of the neighborhood.
