M/S.Vasavi Builders & Pragathi Housing Private Limited is located at No.12/9 on Sai Nagar Second Street. We are right in the G.K.M. Colony in Chennai, 600082. Our office is a modest place where we spend most of our time planning out housing projects. Chennai is always warm, so the ceiling fans are always going at top speed here. We are not the kind of company that has a massive office in a skyscraper. Instead, we are tucked away in a residential colony which makes it easier for people to just drop by and talk to us. The street is usually lined with scooters, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We have blueprints rolled up on the tables and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It is a practical workspace for real work. We talk about bricks, sand, and labor most of the time. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall at the end of the street while we discuss the next building site. It is not a polished environment, but we get things done. We have been part of this community for a while, and we like being close to the areas where we actually build. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us working together to make sure the housing projects stay on track. It is a busy, dusty, and honest way to work.
