M/s Value Engineers

M/s Value Engineers is based out of No. 51/3 on Seshachalam Street in Saidapet. It’s a busy area and our office is right in the middle of all that noise. Most days we are just buried under technical papers and site maps. The fans here hum all day while we try to figure out the best way to handle the projects coming in. We’ve been at this address for a while now. If you walk down the street you can usually find us by the sound of the old door. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace with plenty of chairs and too much paper. People come in and out, usually looking for some help with calculations or drawings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer screens. Saidapet has changed over the years but Seshachalam Street still feels the same. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where the real work gets discussed. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just desks and people working. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we keep going. The street outside is always crowded with bikes and people walking to the station. We’ve got used to the rhythm of this place. It’s where we do what we do. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a bunch of us working through the daily list of things that need fixing or building.
