Skyline Constructions and Housing is based in Chennai, specifically in the Mogappair East area. We operate out of an apartment in the Golden Fortune complex on Gangai Amman Nagar Extension. It’s kind of funny that we build housing and our office is actually inside one of the flat blocks we might have worked on. We focus on residential projects because we know how much people care about having a decent place to live in this city. Chennai is growing so fast, and there is always a demand for more space. We are a small team and we don't really do the whole corporate thing. If you come by Block D, you’ll find us surrounded by folders and building plans. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local authorities and making sure all the permits are in order, which is never a fun job. The weather here is always a factor, especially when the monsoon hits and we have to pause the outdoor work. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe our homes. They are just solid, practical places for families to stay. We try to be honest about the costs and the timelines, even when things don't go exactly as planned. It's just us trying to make a living by helping others find a roof over their heads. This is the way we've always handled things.
