It’s a bit of a winding way to get here, but it’s a good spot once you know the turns. The atmosphere in this part of Chennai is unique. There's a mix of old buildings and new businesses popping up. At Ms. Pyung Hwa India Ltd., we’ve been in this space for a while now. It’s not the biggest facility, but we make the most of every square inch. Mostly, we spend our time managing the production and keeping things organized. It gets hot here in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We don't have those fancy modern lobbies. Instead, you'll see stacks of paper and people busy on their computers. We deal with a lot of moving parts every day. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Some of us have been working together for years, so we’ve got a rhythm. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand. If a problem comes up, we sit down and figure it out right there. It’s a practical environment. The 602 101 area is where we’ve built our foundation.
