We are down in Chennai, specifically in the Guindy area. Our office is at No. 23 on Sengeni Amman Koil 1st Street. It's in Maduvinkarai. If you know the 600032 area, you know it's always buzzing with people and bikes. Maytas Infra Ltd has its roots here. The street is narrow and has that local Chennai feel to it. We have a lot of tea stalls nearby which is good for breaks during the day. The building we are in is simple. No glass walls or shiny elevators for us. We just have our desks and our equipment. People often walk past and don't even realize there's an infrastructure company inside. We like it that way. It's quiet enough to focus on the work. The humidity in Chennai is something we’ve all gotten used to over the years. We keep the fans going all day long. Maytas Infra Ltd isn't a new name, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. We are just a bunch of folks working on projects. Sengeni Amman Koil 1st Street is a busy little place with families and other small shops. It feels like a community. We’ve been here long enough to know the shopkeepers by name. It’s a practical location for us to get to different parts of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work without making much noise. That is how we have always operated.
