M/S. Kirloskar Construction And Engineers Ltd

Our office is located at 4/193 Nethaji Street in Kanchipuram. It’s a place famous for temples and silk, but we spend our time on the construction and engineering side of things. Kirloskar has been around for a long time, and this Tamilnadu office handles a lot of the local work in the area. The street can be a bit narrow and crowded, especially during festival times, but we’ve managed to work out of here for years without much trouble. We aren't the type of people to use big words or fancy slogans. We just look at the drawings, hire the crews, and make sure the buildings go up the way they are supposed to. It is a lot of daily grind, dealing with suppliers and making sure the trucks can actually get to the sites. Some days are better than others, especially when the rain holds off and we can get a lot of concrete poured. We’ve got a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of empty tea cups by the end of the day. It is just a regular engineering office where people know each other’s names and we do not worry about being too formal. We’ve seen Kanchipuram change quite a bit, and being on Nethaji Street puts us right in the middle of it. We just keep doing what we do, one project after another, and try to stay out of the heat.
