M/S Indus City Scapes Constructions Pvt Ltd

Our office is located at No.5/9 Anga Muthu Street in the Ice House area of Royapettah. Chennai is always warm, and this part of the city is particularly crowded and lively. We are M/S Indus City Scapes Constructions Pvt Ltd. Working in construction means we are often dealing with plans, permits, and site updates from this small base. The street outside is narrow, and there is always the sound of scooters and vendors going by. Inside, we have our desks cluttered with some blueprints and site reports. It is a simple place, not really designed for showing off. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to coordinate our building projects across the city. The Royapettah area has a lot of history, and you can feel that in the older buildings around us. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most of our staff are usually out at the various sites, so the office can be quiet one hour and completely packed the next. We don't have a big HR department or a PR wing. Usually, if something needs doing, one of us just picks up the phone and handles it. It’s honest work. We deal with the typical Chennai rain and the humidity, just trying to keep our projects on schedule. There’s a tea stall down the road where most of our real meetings happen anyway. We just keep things moving and focus on the bricks and mortar.
