Mrt Tution Centre

We are right here on Quaide Millath Street in Palavakkam. You probably see the Periyar Silai statue when you come this way. It's just a small place where kids from around the neighborhood come after their regular school hours. Some days it gets quite loud with everyone talking at once, but we manage. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is at No 1/91. It isn't fancy. There are some benches and boards. Most of the students walk here from nearby houses. We usually start in the late afternoon when the sun isn't so hot. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows to let some air in. It’s mostly just helping with homework and making sure they understand their math or science lessons. We see the same faces every day. Parents stop by to chat or ask how their kids are doing. It’s a very local thing. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and find a spot. The street outside can get a bit busy with bikes and people going to the market, but inside we try to keep it focused. Sometimes we share snacks. It feels more like a study group than a big institution. That's just how it is here in Palavakkam. We keep the lights on until the last student finishes their work and heads home for dinner. There is always a pile of cycles parked outside near the entrance.
