Our office is located on Barracka Road in Nammalwarpet. It’s Old No 78, but the new number is 205, which sometimes confuses the delivery guys. We go by M.R.K.G Property Solutions Private Limited. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just think of ourselves as a local shop helping people with their property headaches. Chennai is a big place and trying to figure out land titles or finding the right buyer can be a real pain if you don't know the ropes. That’s where we come in. We spend a lot of our time digging through old records or visiting sites to see what’s actually there. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of patience. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of folders piled up. We’ve been in Nammalwarpet for a while and we know the area like the back of our hands. We don't really use a lot of sales talk. We just tell people the situation as it is, even if it’s not what they want to hear sometimes. It’s better to be honest about these things from the start. We’re just a small crew trying to make a living and help our neighbors out with their real estate needs. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside on Barracka Road, but we’re used to it by now and it feels like home to us.
