You can find us at 17 Pillaiyar Koil Street in Adambakkam. It’s a typical residential street with a lot of character, and having the temple nearby means there’s always a nice vibe in the air. We focus on arts and crafts, which we’ve been doing from this same spot for quite some time. The shop is quite small, so we have to be careful about how we stack things so we don't run out of room. We often have projects spread out over the main table, and sometimes it gets a bit messy with scraps of paper or bits of clay. Adambakkam is a busy area, but our street feels a little tucked away from the main chaos of the city. We get a lot of locals who stop in just to see what we are working on that day. We don't really have a set schedule for when things get finished; we just work until a piece feels right. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit muddy, which keeps people away, but then we just use that time to organize the back shelves. It’s a quiet, creative life we lead here. We don't have a big team or fancy equipment, just our hands and a few basic tools. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way. If you’re ever walking down Pillaiyar Koil Street, you’ll probably see our door open and hear the radio playing. It’s just us.
