Mrf Tyres

Being located at 155-Prince Guest House on Bells Road means we see a lot of people. Chepauk is always energetic, especially when there's something happening at the stadium nearby. We run Mrf Tyres from this spot. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we manage the daily business. Sometimes the traffic on Bells Road gets backed up, and it’s loud, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating out of this part of Chennai for quite some time. The building has its quirks, like any older place in the city. We spend most of our hours checking inventory and talking to customers who drop in. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Working with tires is straightforward but heavy work. We don’t spend time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls have a few calendars and posters, and there’s always paperwork on the desk. People stop by because they know where we are. It’s a convenient location for anyone passing through Chepauk. We just focus on getting the right tires to the right people without making a big fuss about it. Every day is pretty much the same routine, which is fine with us. We like the familiarity of the street and the people who work in the shops next door. It keeps us connected to the local life here.
