We are over here on Rama Street in Royapuram. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through. We've been at No. 52/1 for a while now. Most days it’s just about getting the work done and making sure people get what they need for their vehicles. The shop isn't fancy. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but that's just how it is around here. People know us as Mrf Pvt Ltd, but we mostly just think of ourselves as part of the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather in Chennai makes it tough to work, especially when it’s really humid, but we keep the doors open. We handle a lot of different things related to tires and rubber. It's steady work. You see the same faces coming by, neighbors mostly. We don't really do much advertising because people usually just find us when they have a problem or need a replacement. The street outside can get pretty cramped with parked scooters and delivery trucks. Our building is easy to spot if you know the landmark. We try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit cluttered inside with all the stock. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but Rama Street stays pretty much the same. It is a good place to be based.
