Mother'S Acupuncture Clinic

Mother’S Acupuncture Clinic is located over in Villivakkam at 7/245 246 A Type, on 55th Street in Sidco Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main Chennai markets or the train station area. We’ve been practicing acupuncture here for a long time now. The clinic is simple, with a few rooms and the tables where people lie down for their treatment. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. People come in, take a seat in the waiting area, and we call them in when it’s their turn. It’s a very personal kind of work, and we get to know our patients and their family stories pretty well over the weeks. Most people come to us for help with back pain or other chronic issues that haven’t gotten better with regular medicine. We just use the needles and the techniques we’ve learned over the years to try and help them feel a bit better. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often see the same faces walking by every day. Sometimes the street gets a bit flooded during the heavy rains in November, which can make it hard for patients to reach us, but we stay open as long as the water isn't too high. We don’t have a large team, just a couple of us who manage the appointments and the treatments. It’s a quiet, steady life here in Sidco Nagar, and we’re happy to be here. We like the way the morning light hits the clinic sign.
