Mono Equipments Spares is inside the City Centre building at No. 66 on Tirumalai Pillai Road. T. Nagar is always a bit of a nightmare for parking, but it’s where everyone comes for whatever they need. Our space is on one of the upper floors. It’s filled with boxes of spare parts for all kinds of machinery. We try to keep everything labeled, but some days it’s a bit of a mess when we’re looking for a specific small item. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know the building well. We don't have fancy brochures or a big reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and someone is there behind a counter stacked with catalogs. We use a lot of handwritten notes to keep track of things. The hallways in City Centre are a bit narrow and you often bump into people from the other offices. It’s a lively place to work. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who need them. It’s straightforward work in a very busy part of town. The City Centre building has seen better days, but it’s got character. We’ve had the same calendar on the wall for three years because we like the picture on it. It’s not about being modern; it’s about knowing where every single bolt and washer is when a customer asks for it. We take pride in that, even if our desks are a bit messy.
