Sri Kumar Electricals

Sri Kumar Electricals is located at No. 5/93 Burner Salai, specifically on 23rd Street in Mogappair East. This part of Chennai is quite residential but has its pockets of shops and small businesses like ours. Being on 23rd Street means we are tucked away a bit from the main rush, which is actually quite nice. We have a lot of regular people from the neighborhood who stop by. The shop at No. 5/93 is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside the four walls. It’s a bit cluttered with boxes and parts, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Mogappair East is a growing area, and we have seen a lot of changes over the years. We remember when the roads were different and there were fewer buildings around. Now it’s much busier. We usually open the shutters early in the morning to catch the breeze before it gets too hot. It is a simple life running an electrical shop. We spend most of our time chatting with customers or organizing the inventory. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us working together to keep the shop running. Burner Salai is a familiar place to us, and we are happy to be part of the local landscape. We just do our thing, help out the people who walk in, and stay out of trouble. It works for us.
