Modine Thermal Systems

We’ve been here at No. 106 on Landons Road in Kilpauk for a while now. Most people around here know where we are. We deal with thermal systems, which basically means we handle things that get too hot or need to stay cold. It’s not flashy work, but it needs doing. Our shop is usually pretty busy with parts and metal everywhere. The team here just gets on with it. We spend most of our day looking at pipes, radiators, and heat exchangers. It gets loud sometimes because of the machinery. If you walk down Landons Road, you’ll see our gate. We aren't big on fancy office decor. The focus is usually on the workbench. Sometimes the weather in Kilpauk makes the shop feel a bit stuffy, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here doing the same kind of work. People come in with specific needs for their cooling setups, and we try to figure it out for them. It’s mostly about getting the measurements right and making sure the metal fits where it should. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of equipment. If someone calls, one of us usually picks up, unless we’re out back. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just keep our heads down and handle the thermal parts that come through the door every morning.
