Our office is located at 13, 4th Cross Street in Ranga Nagar. If you know the Chromepet area in Chennai, you probably know it can get a bit noisy with all the activity. Moderncargo Services Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We are tucked away on a side street which is a bit quieter than the main roads but still right in the middle of everything. It's a standard office setup, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we are usually busy with cargo schedules and checking on different services we manage. Being in Chennai means the weather is almost always hot, so the fans are always going in the office. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the internet acts up or a delivery is delayed, and we just have to figure it out as we go. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we know the local shops and the best places for lunch around Ranga Nagar. We don’t really do big advertising or anything like that. Most people just know us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign while walking down 4th Cross Street. It’s a steady job and we try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
