Models Mall

We have been based here at 7/2 Kanni Ammankoil Street for quite a few years now. Our spot is right on Govindan Road in West Mambalam. Most days, it is pretty hectic outside with people and scooters moving around constantly. Models Mall is just us here, doing our daily tasks and trying to stay organized. Sometimes the traffic noise gets a bit loud, but that is just how this part of Chennai is. We keep the doors open and just get through the work as it comes. It isn’t some huge fancy office with a lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular local spot where we show up every morning. There is a small tea shop just down the street where we usually head in the afternoons when we need a break. Sometimes people have a hard time finding the exact door because the street numbers are a little confusing around here, but once you see the sign for Models Mall, you know you are in the right place. We do not really do those big corporate meetings. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. The building itself is older, but it feels solid enough. We spend most of our time inside where it is at least a little bit cooler than the sidewalk. West Mambalam has a very specific feel to it, very local and crowded, but in a way that feels like home. We like being right in the middle of it.
