M.M.D.A NAGAR PERMANENT NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is at D 101, Community Hall Street. It's right in the M.M.D.A Colony in Arumbakkam. People usually find us pretty easily because of the community hall nearby. We've been operating M.M.D.A Nagar Permanent Nidhi Limited from here for quite some time. It’s a simple place. We have some wooden desks and a couple of ceiling fans that keep things moving. We handle local savings and the usual Nidhi company work. It isn't a high-rise office or anything like that. Just a ground-floor spot where neighbors can walk in. Most of the people who come here live just a few streets away. We know a lot of them by name. Arumbakkam is a crowded place, but our street is okay. We spend our days checking ledgers and talking to people about their accounts. Sometimes we share a tea while doing the paperwork. It’s not a formal corporate environment. We just do the work that needs doing. No one wears a suit here. We are just regular people helping other regular people save a little. The records are all kept here at the D 101 address. We try to be helpful when someone has a question. It’s a steady pace most days. We don't do big advertisements. Most folks just hear about us from their friends or family in the colony.
