Our office for Mitoconbiotec Pharmaceutical Divisionspic Ltd. is at Spic House, No. 88, Mount Road in Guindy. It’s a well-known spot in the area, which makes it easy to explain to delivery drivers. The building has been around for a while and has that sturdy, older feel to it. We occupy a portion of it where we handle the pharmaceutical division’s needs. It’s a lot of paperwork and coordination. Guindy is a central hub, so it’s convenient, but the heat in the summer can be tough when you’re walking from the station. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. There are desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small area for breaks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art. We just need a place to sit and do our jobs. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the routine inside out. There’s no corporate talk here; we just speak plainly about what needs to happen. Some days are slow and others are completely frantic, but that’s just how the pharma world works. We focus on the practical side of things and don’t get distracted by fancy trends. It’s just a regular workplace where everyone knows their role and gets on with the day’s tasks without making a big deal of it. We take our lunches together and usually talk about anything except work.
