Minerva Tutorial College

We are situated at No 30 Sait Colony, 2nd Street in Egmore. Egmore is a central part of Chennai, and Sait Colony is a bit of a quieter pocket compared to the main roads like Pantheon Road. Minerva Tutorial College is in a building that has been around for some time. It’s not a glass-and-steel office; it’s more of a traditional structure with a solid feel. We have some rooms for classes and a small area where we sit and handle the paperwork. The furniture is mostly wood and has been here since we can remember. It gets a bit noisy when the trains go by nearby, but you get used to that sound after a few days. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the doors and do what we need to do. The street outside is narrow, so if two cars come at once, it’s a bit of a squeeze for the drivers. We know the people who live in the colony quite well. Sometimes we stand outside for a break and talk to the neighbors about the weather. The inside of the building stays relatively cool because of the high ceilings. It’s a very practical environment for everyone. We don't have any shiny signs or anything that looks too polished. It’s just a place for learning and working. We’ve stayed here because it’s central and people can reach us easily from the station.
