Milborow Construction,Kodaikanal

Our work with Milborow Construction is handled out of Nagapattinam in Tamilnadu. Even though our name mentions Kodaikanal, our current base is at 12, Siva Sakthi Nagar. It’s the home and office of the son of K. Kaliyaperumal. Being in a place like Nagapattinam means we are right there near the coast, and the weather can be a bit unpredictable sometimes. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or a reception desk. It’s a local setup where we keep our files and plan our construction projects. Most of our time is spent out on the actual job sites, checking on materials and talking to the workers. The office is just a place to come back to at the end of the day to finish up the ledger. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of trucks. We are a smaller operation that focuses on getting the buildings up correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours under the sun. We’ve been in Siva Sakthi Nagar for a while and the people around here know who we are. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. If you come by, you might find us busy with blueprints or on the phone trying to track down a delivery of sand or bricks. It’s a straightforward business run by local folks who know the trade. We just keep at it and hope for clear skies.
