Midas Fabricom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is based at S.P. 125 on the 3rd Main Road of the Ambattur Industrial Estate. Ambattur is a huge place, and the 3rd Main Road is one of those spots that is constantly humming with activity. We do a lot of fabrication work, which means our space is full of tools, welding gear, and pieces of metal waiting to be put together. It is a tech-heavy business in some ways, but at the end of the day, it’s about making things that stay together. The building is a standard industrial unit, and we use every inch of it for production. It gets quite warm in the estate, especially with the machines running, but we have a good rhythm going. Our team is made up of people who actually know how to build things with their hands. We don't have a lot of people sitting in fancy offices; most of us are out where the work is happening. People come to us from all over the area when they have specific fabrication needs. We just take the drawings, look at the materials, and get to work. It’s not a flashy environment, and we don't spend much time on presentations. We just focus on the projects on the floor and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly at the end of the shift. Ambattur is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the heat, but it’s where the industry is.
