Our place is tucked away at No. 3, Muthiyal Reddy Street in Alandur. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze around here sometimes with the street being what it is. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while, handling the different chemical products that come through our doors. The building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we can keep things organized. Usually, the mornings start with a lot of phone calls and checking on the inventory in the back. Alandur is a lively neighborhood, and we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes we have to move stuff around to make space for new arrivals, and that can take a whole afternoon. We aren't into big talk or fancy brochures. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are packed correctly and the addresses are clear for the delivery guys. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the ledgers. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It feels more like a local fixture than some big corporate office. We just try to keep things running smooth day after day. If a customer walks in, they’ll probably see us busy with some paperwork or moving boxes around the storage area. It's just how we do things here, without any big fuss or complicated systems.
