Our office and workspace is at No 301, right behind the Univercell Communications building on TTK Road. We are in Manickam Avenue, which is a bit of a quieter pocket in the Alwarpet area. It’s a mix of a place where we do the paperwork and where we handle the marketing and making side of things. There’s always a few boxes piled up in the hallway and the sound of phones ringing in the background. We aren't a retail shop where you just walk in and pick something off a shelf. It’s more about coordinating the manufacturing and making sure the orders go out to the right places. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the machines and the filing system work. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we just open the windows and deal with it. We have a lot of samples of the things we make sitting on the desks. It can get a bit messy during the end of the month when we are trying to finish all the reports and ship out the final loads. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner when we take a break. It’s a busy environment but we keep things moving as best as we can. Being tucked behind a big building means it’s a little hard to find us the first time you come.
