Our office is on the 3rd floor of the Dhanalakshmi Complex. The address can be a bit confusing because it has an old number, 130, and a new one, 216. We’re located on N.S.C. Bose Road right in the heart of Sowcarpet. If you know Sowcarpet, you know how crowded and narrow the streets can get. It’s a real challenge getting things up to the third floor sometimes, especially when the lift is acting up, but we manage. We deal with scientific equipment and supplies. It’s a lot of glass and delicate items, so we have to be careful with how we store things in the back. The space isn't very big, and we’ve got shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling to make the most of it. There are three of us usually working here. It’s a lot of answering the phone and checking the inventory to see what we have in stock. The noise from the street below never really stops, with all the vendors and horns honking. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively way to work. We don’t have a fancy showroom; we just have our office and our stock. It’s practical and it serves us well. Most of our customers have been coming to us for a long time, so they know exactly where to find us.
