Mehta Construction

We are over here at 205/A in Islam Nagar, right near the Masjid Kopli in Bandhugora. It is a bit of a dusty spot but we get the work done. Mehta Construction has been around this part of Saraikela Kharsawan for a while now. Most days you will find us dealing with sand, bricks, and trying to keep the schedule moving. It’s just how things go here. The road No. 12/C can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a practical place where we keep our tools and talk to the workers. Most of the guys live nearby so they just walk over in the mornings. We do a lot of small projects around the neighborhood and some bigger stuff too when it comes up. It’s hard work and the sun gets really hot in the afternoons but we stay busy. People know where to find us if they have a problem with a wall or need something built from the ground up. We just try to keep the wheels turning and make sure the materials arrive on time, which is harder than it sounds some weeks.
