You can find us at No 168 on Mint Street in Sowcarpet. We are located quite close to Nsc Bose Road, which is easily one of the busiest parts of the whole city. This office has been our base for a long time. Sowcarpet is always packed with people and our street is no different. It is a very lively place to spend the day. We spend most of our time handling travel requests for the people living and working in this neighborhood. The office is functional, with just enough room for us and a couple of visitors to sit down at the same time. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some old travel posters. The air conditioning actually works most of the time, which is a big relief during the Chennai summers. People often drop in while they are out doing their regular grocery shopping on Mint Street. We listen to what they need, check the available bus or train options, and try to get it sorted out without making things complicated. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late to finish up bookings for the next morning. The traffic on Nsc Bose Road can be a real headache, so we usually tell people to come by foot if they are already in the area. It is a typical small-town travel shop feel. We have our regulars who come back every single year.
