It’s a busy part of Kilpauk, and there is always something going on outside our doors. The clinic isn't very large, but we have enough space for what we need to do. We’ve been here at this address for a bit, and the locals seem to know us. We don't have a fancy lobby with expensive art. Instead, we have chairs for people to sit in while they wait. Our staff comes in early, usually fighting the same traffic on Poonamallee High Road as everyone else. We spend our time running tests and talking to people who come through the door. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the usual equipment and a small desk where we handle the billing and appointments. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when too many people arrive at the same time, but we just deal with it. It’s not a corporate chain feel here. It’s more like a regular workplace where we know each other's names. We see a lot of different people every day because of our location on such a major road. Most people just drop in because they were passing by or work in the nearby offices. We keep things simple and try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The floors are a bit worn, but the machines work fine. We stay open until the last patient is seen.
