Maytas Infra Limited

Our spot is over on Sivaram Street in Ramnagar North. Madipakkam has changed so much lately, and we’ve been watching it happen from our office at 526. It’s a typical Chennai setup here, sometimes it’s incredibly hot and the fans are going full blast while we look over project files. Since we are Maytas Infra Limited, we mostly handle infrastructure jobs around the area and that keeps us moving. We don’t really do big presentations or have a glossy reception area. Most of the time, our boots are a bit dusty from visiting sites across the city. The rain in Chennai can make things tricky for construction, so we spend a lot of time checking weather reports and adjusting schedules. It’s practical work. We talk to contractors, sort out materials, and try to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up on the desks. There’s a tea shop just down the road where we grab a break when things get too hectic. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who’ve been in construction forever and some newer faces. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure the foundations are right. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. But that is just how the industry works in a place like this.
