About Maxivision Eye Hospital – Medical & Healthcare in Chennai
Chamiers Road is one of those streets that never seems to stay quiet, and our building for Maxivision Eye Hospital at No. 116 is right in the middle of it all. This hospital is all about eyes. We have people coming in all day long because they can’t see the TV or their glasses broke. It’s a busy place. The lobby has those standard hospital chairs and there’s usually a TV playing something in the background that nobody is really watching. I’ve worked here for a while and I know most of the corners of this building. It’s not a brand-new place, so you might see a scuff on the wall here or there. We spend our time checking eyes and talking to patients about their vision. It gets pretty technical sometimes, but we try to explain things in a way that makes sense. Chamiers Road has a lot of traffic, so we hear the honking from the street while we work. The doctors are usually busy going from one room to another. We have a lot of machines for testing, and they take up a lot of space. It can feel a bit cramped when it’s a full house. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. We just focus on the people who walk through the door at No. 116. It’s a lot of eye drops and eye charts around here. Just a regular hospital doing its job on a busy road. The staff here mostly eats lunch together in the small breakroom in the back.
