Our office is located at No.127 A Bricklin Road, specifically in Block 4, Flat No 4023 of the TVH Lumbini Square complex. Masaba Real Estate Llp is situated right in the heart of Purasaiwakkam. It’s a pretty big residential and commercial square, so there is always something going on around the building. Being in flat 4023 means we are a bit removed from the ground-level noise of Bricklin Road, which is nice for getting work done. Purasaiwakkam is a bustling neighborhood, and we have been part of it for some time now. The office is really just a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we keep the snacks and a main room where all the computers are set up. We don't use any fancy furniture, just the basic stuff that works. The hallways in TVH Lumbini Square are usually busy with people coming and going. We keep our door closed mostly to keep the cool air in. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We handle a lot of documents and spend time talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we walk down to the local shops during the break. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local real estate group working out of a flat in a busy square.
