You can find us on 100 Feet Road in Arumbakkam, right near the MMDA bus stop. Our showroom is in the Maruthi Complex, number 24. Being on such a major road means we get a lot of people just passing by who decide to pop in. We have all sorts of office stuff here, mainly chairs and desks and things like that. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment. We mostly just let people walk around and sit in the chairs to see if they’re comfortable. We’ve seen a lot of businesses start up and fold in this area, but we’ve managed to stay put. The showroom isn't huge, but we try to display a good variety so people can see what they’re getting. Our staff consists of people from the local neighborhood who actually know how the equipment works. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or corporate talk. If a chair is sturdy, we say it's sturdy. We spend a lot of time coordinating deliveries because the traffic on 100 Feet Road is no joke. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck for an hour just a few blocks away. It’s a bit frustrating, but we just keep the customers updated. We’re just a regular shop doing our thing every day. We close up around the time the streetlights come on and the evening traffic peaks.
